- Ride on private property, backyards and off-road tracks
- Always wear a helmet, and gloves and pads are a good idea
- Ride with an adult watching, and use the speed modes to match your child's skill
Warranty

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law always apply.
30-day returns
Not happy? You can return your bike within 30 days of delivery. It needs to be unused, clean and in its original packaging. Return shipping is at your cost, and the original shipping fee isn't refundable.
About the ride time
Ride time depends on rider weight, terrain, temperature and the speed mode you use, so your numbers may differ from the figures shown. The lower speed mode gives the longest ride time.
Do you price match?
Yes. If you find the same bike cheaper at another online store within six months of buying, we'll refund the difference. See our price match policy.
Not sure which bike is right for you?
Call us on 0480 836 722 and tell us how you'll ride: commuting, beach paths, carrying kids or shopping. We'll point you to the right bike and size.
