Price Match
We work hard to keep our prices sharp. If you've found the same bike cheaper somewhere else, talk to us before you buy and we'll do our best to match it.
How it works
- Send us a link to the lower price by email at sales@beachbumbikes.com, through live chat, or by calling 0480 836 722 (Monday to Saturday, 9am–5pm AEST).
- We'll check the offer and get back to you, usually the same business day.
- If we can match it, we'll send you a way to order at the matched price.
Good to know
- Price matching is only available before you place your order. We can't adjust the price of an order that has already been placed.
- The offer must be for the same brand, model, size and specification, new and in stock, from an authorised Australian retailer.
- We compare the total delivered price, including shipping to your postcode.
- Auction sites, marketplace sellers, clearance or ex-demo stock, and one-off promotions or bundles aren't eligible.
- Every request is considered case by case, and we can't guarantee a match on every offer.
