Shipping Timeframes
Once your order is confirmed, it is expected to ship within 2–5 business days. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

We use reliable couriers to deliver your electric bike safely and efficiently. Available shipping methods and delivery times may vary based on your location.
Shipping Costs
We currently ship within Australia only.
- Vamos and FXB bikes – free Australia-wide. Delivery is free anywhere in Australia, including regional areas, Western Australia and the Northern Territory.
- Mamba and Zippi bikes – free Australia-wide except WA and NT. Delivery is free to every other state and territory, including regional areas. For Western Australia and the Northern Territory, we cover 50% of the freight cost and you pay the other 50%. Your share is shown on the product page and at checkout.
The exact shipping price is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Parts and accessories ship for $11 anywhere in Australia, or free on orders of $100 or more.
International Shipping
We don't currently ship outside Australia. If you're in New Zealand and would like a bike, please contact us for a quote.
Order Tracking
After your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number that can be used on the courier’s website.
Shipping Delays
Severe weather, carrier disruptions, and other events outside our control can cause delays. If we become aware of a significant delay, we will notify you by email.
